Summary

Having already cycled and swum the length of Britain, endurance adventurer Sean Conway completed his trilogy by running all the way from John O'Groats to Land's End. Hear the awe-inspiring accounts from his journey - which he completed entirely unsupported, sleeping in a tent and carrying all his own equipment.

great book as usual from Sean

great book, however I felt like in this one he was trying to preach his like values a little too much instead of just letting the adventure speak for itself, would still recommend as it's another very inspiring book and makes you think you can do anything

Great tale and the best narrator of Sean's books.

I've listened to a lot of running / adventure books. this one was fun, light hearted and well narrated. Of course there are tales of suffering but they all make you smile.
The narrator really entered into the spirit of the story. You could tell he enjoyed reading the book and that enthusiasm was infectious. Please use Dan Mellins Cohen for the project 102 story

Loved it. A real inspiration.

I laughed and cried all in the same minute sometimes. A story I hope to enjoy personally one day.

What a story

I felt like I was with him the whole way. You don't have to be mad to read this, but it helps

Easy reading for audio book

Read two previous books and they inspired me to undertake a number of challenges in 2019.

Easy read.

Makes adventuring accessible!

Sean is an extraordinary, ordinary bloke. His enthusiasm runs through all his stories.....The narrator carries this enthusiasm in his voice...
