LEARNING TO RUN

It gives valuable information to beginners and active runners. I never knew it was so much to know about running. It teaches you a safer way to run without getting injuries. This book gives you lessons to follow which makes it easier as you read along with it. These exercises are really easy and simple enough to follow as well. I liked having the visual aid there to help

Love this book....

I love his style of writing and on more than one occasion I was so overwhelmed with emotion that I teared up. I would recommend this book to any aspiring runner out there! It's a gem!

highly recommended

It's the perfect book if you're thinking about running, but are intimidated. This book is both practical and inspirational. It has some really great tips for new runners and also has some training programs included.

helped me

I didn’t know so many things about running like how to run properly, what to avoid and what to do for avoiding any types of injuries, and much more things. I found this two in one book so amazing and well written. In this book the foundations of a great running technique are laid by a very well balanced mix of theory and practice. I wish I had read this book earlier, it would have spared me a lot of injuries throughout my running career
