Summary

Love struck me at the early age of five. The boy turned into a man, and I fell even deeper. Guy Webb had no idea my fragile heart belonged to him for so many years. He was too busy being my brother’s best friend and a star on the football field. He was my daydream and consumed every single thought, but he was always one step from my reach.

Beartooth Ranch was our home. The rich ranch land raised us, fostered our laughs and losses, and even gained a new family member when Guy moved in for his sophomore year of high school.

I hid my love for years. But now he’s back. Guy Webb returned a broken soldier after serving his country all over the atlas. And now it’s my job to help him heal.

My family lost everything with his return, and I can only hope I survive it.

Really Enjoyable

Wow, what can I say about this book? This was such a big hit for me. The storyline kept me on the edge of my seat and I had no idea what was going to happen next. This was one of the best reads I have encountered in the last few months. The writing was exceptional and I adored the world building.

The voices were clear and concise and only helped to boost what an entertaining read this was. Fantastic work

Great story

I loved this story. This was a great story but I will warn you have the tissues ready. In the story we had all the feels and I think we had a great choice with the narrators . I really enjoyed not only the story but the narrators and can't wait to listen to more books in the series it definitely left me wanting more.

Timeless love story

This is a beautiful story of lifelong love with no games between the main characters. I laughed and cried and fell in love with the Hero. Jeremy York does a fantastic 5⭐️ job on the narration of Guy, who is a new favorite book boyfriend. I loved the heroine, Molly, too. But Lacy Laurel’s narration diminishes the listening experience for me somewhat because she slurs consonants and pronounces common words in a dialect that takes me out of the story. This is my second book narrated by her, and I had similar issues with both, so it may just be me. The story is so wonderful, I’d hate for anyone to skip it on this count alone, but maybe for me it would have been better reading it myself than listening.

What a beautiful story!

Its a story of young love, best friends, family, war, heartache, healing and love. So many emotions listening to Royal Atlas. The location: a ranch. The chracters are all so great and Molly and Guy's love is epic and the author shows us years after they get together, their won kids. It's really beautiful to listen to... I ugly cried at the end.

A deep love story.x

This is a great story of friendship to lovers but with twists and turns. Some parts are very sad others funny. Molly was a great character I could feel her pain and love she had for Guy. They were great together. This story is set over many years and I loved that you got to see into the characters future. it had a very different ending (not saying anymore but it was different in a good way) I loves the Amos quotes at the start of every chapter they made me laugh.

Lacy Laurel has such a great voice and tells the story so well she is very good at drawing you into the characters feelings. Jeremy York was very good his voice was spot on for Guy.

This was a nice story that is well worth a listen I enjoyed it very much.x

This is a beautiful whole love of your life story

I completely and utterly loved this story! I loved the way it was written following the whole of Molly and Guy's lives and their blossoming love story. It was funny and sad and heartwarming and everything you want in a romance story. I liked the way the beginning was mostly told from Molly's POV and then you get some of Guy's POV later in the story, the narrators added extra to this way of telling a story and Lacy was perfect as Molly I could see her through listening to her voice. I can't recommend this audiobook enough and am now looking to read the other books in this series as the characters were all so lovable.

Two words. Big. Cry.

Bring the tissues! This book is one big emotional roller coaster! Only one other book has ever made me cry like this one did. This book could possibly have some triggers (war related).

Very well written and preformed very well! I am a big horse person and usually can’t listen to books about horses because the terminology and most everything else horse related, is wrong. This one wasn’t bad at all, just a few little things, but overall, it didn’t bother me.

Great love story

Royal Atlas was a story of great love. Molly and Guy were such lovely characters and their love was for life. There were some heartwrenching moments and also some of great joy. I really liked the story. Shed some tears too.

Out of the two narrators I liked Jeremy York better. His voice, pacing and enunciation was perfect. Unfortunately I couldn't say the same for Lacy Laurel. Her enunciation wasn't so clear, she clipped her words a lot. There also was some sibilance in her speach I particularly dont't like, but this is rather a personal preference and probably isn't something too bothersome to other listeners. Aside from that both narrators did a good job with how they used different voices for the different characters. I enjoyed their performance.
