Fantastic story I really enjoyed listening to it.
Vivian Arend keeps churning out these books one after the other and they get better each time.
It's like listening to a soap opera..lol..
Rafe and Laurel have been best friends since they were 5 years old always getting into trouble together.
But along the way things changed and they want more from eachother,but being so young they.needed to live their lives separately first.
Rafe needed to stay in Rocky mountain to tend the Family ranch and Laurel had to go away to attend school elsewhere.
Being a pastor's daughter she had to go wherever her father sent her,but it is for 3 years.So they make a vow to one another that if they are single when Laurel returns they will give a relationship a try.
So they do ,and this is their journey towards a HEA....But Laurel has a secret and Rafe has family issues that bring out the worst in him...He feared he will be like his father cruel,bitter and cold. . .But their connection is rare and unstoppable,with a chemistry that could burn down a whole ranch..
Tatiana Sokolov is simply breathtakingly perfect narrating this book,she never ever disappoints and I love listening to her.
This is a compelling and wonderful story very steamy too with two people who are meant to be together.

This was a good story line with strong characters. I enjoyed how these characters found each other again after so long apart. This is the ultimate schoolgirl fantasy. A great performance.
