Dealing with addiction is a common but troublesome struggle that many of us face. I loved the realness of this book, and how the author shares his personal struggle with an alcohol addiction. I loved how this book really can be applied to anyone suffering from addiction because the author used fitness to overcome his, but there are many things like fitness that can also help draw your attention and focus off of the addiction. This really is an incredible and inspirational book.

This book is a must read to anyone with any additions. I am not in addicted to alcohol but I have a been wanting to reduce my alcohol intake for a while. Reading this book I am going to try to give up alcohol. I have tried once and failed miserably, but after reading this book I now know that it's possible to try again. I like the passion and authenticity in of this book. It's very relatable, clear and easy to follow. This is a remedy for everyone affected. I highly recommend it.
