Summary

Outstanding!
An excellent book to listen to. Well narrated, and spoken in a justified pace and tone. Full of adventure, pettiness, scandal and quite a lot of controversy. Worth a read!

Return of an old favourite !
I bought this book in hard copy years ago and loved it. I had forgotten all about it until I saw it in 'New Releases'. I snapped it up and am now happily half way through. The narrator is great - spot on with all the characters.
The only thing now is that I will want to go on and listen to the unabridged sequel 'Rivals'. I have put my request in to audible customer services !

ANOTHER BRILLIANT STORY IN THE HORSEY WORLD
Having listened to Jump first I couldn't wait to get stuck into this immediately afterwards. Not another trashy sexed up load of rubbish. Great fun and a good listen in bed late at night.

Riders on and off horses
Could not put this book down the book contained a cast of characters from the very good tori to the very bad Rupert Campbell black. I loved them all can’t wait to listen to the next one

Love Jilly Cooper and the first of her Rutshire Chronicles is FANTASTIC:) I have long been a lover of Jilly's books and to be able to get this in digital audiobook format is a long awaited treat... BUT WHERE ARE THE REST? THERE ARE SO MANY MORE!!!! Please audible lets get going on this, get ALL of the chronicles, PLEASE NOW! Yours impatiently Jess x

Classic Jilly at her Best
Jilly Cooper’s best novel in my humble opinion. Brilliantly read by Gerri Halligan. A must for all showjumping fans or lovers of a good country romp!

loved it !!
I first read this book around 30 years ago and was a little unsure if I'd like audible version, decided to give it a go when it was on sale. I cannot recommend it enough, this is now my favourite audio book , storyline great, narration is excellent, I just loved it
