Love this audio book

This audio book is fantastic. I listen to it while exercising and/or resting before night to allow the words to sink in completely. So much useful information on how to properly manage our thoughts so that we can find peace of mind and release from the stress of our modern, technologically advanced environment!

Excellent.

Enough information
