Excellente.You will learn a lot. easy to listen to. narrator is straight forward and just reads the words but hey this an educational book not a drama or soap opera.

Enlightened

Wow. More than I expected. Huge insight in lifelong patterns of behaviors not serving my best interest. And especially the influence of others around me struggling with their own addictive behaviors. This book has helped me turn a huge corner in my life.

Full of wonderful tips and practical suggestions

Great full for finding the dare response

This is the third audio book I've listen on anxiety and Worries, and all of them have been helpful, but this one seems to have the most clear strategies on how to overcome it.

Gave me more of my life back.

Simple manner that is very understandable.
