Even as a biology major in college, I would be hard-pressed to tell you about the vagus nerve. This book was so enlightening! It went over everything from what the vagus nerve is and its connections to the digestive system to strategies for relaxing the nerve ... and ourselves. For instance, I had no idea that humming can soothe the vagus nerve. I highly recommend this audiobook!
