Wow! Now I understand what readers mean when they talk about having a book hangover. Chapter one had me hooked, and I stayed that way until the last word. I believe Drew deserves an award for her outstanding writing.
I loved everything about this story: plot, characters, suspense, and twists. I was riveted, wanting to know what happened, and I found myself on the edge of my seat, waiting for the MMC to make an appearance. This stunning story is going to stay with me for a long time.
If you want all the feels—romance and swoony moments—this book has it. I love that there was a novel within a novel, and the beautiful prose blew me away. I love all Drew’s books, but this one was just, wow! I can’t wait for the next book in the Daydreams and Disasters series.
I listened to the audiobook of Reverie, and the narrator—Lisa Lynn Sandlin—blew me away with her performance. I felt every emotion as if I were Esmé. She brought the story to life with her outstanding narration. Highly recommended.
