Mr Bower has certainly done his research but only states something is true when he knows it to be. So very sad that some people like Meghan and Harry can stoop to such level to get fame and money. I fear history will not serve them well. The shame is it happened now when respect, honesty and integrity are all being slowly eroded. They really should lose their titles now, because that is all they are, and liars in my opinion

Very easy listen in some ways but made me want to scream and shout at the selfishness, the arrogance & the pure egocentricity of Harry & Meghan. For those people of colour who think Meghan is representing them, read this & see she uses everyone, every cause is only about furthering her status in the world. The Queen, poor woman, knowing her grandson & his wife will try their very best to bring down everything she & those before her have built.

Didn’t class myself as a Royalist until these pair threatened the stability of our history through our Royal Family.

A really interesting and informative book, quite gripping at times. I bought both the hard back and audio versions so as to listen while working. Andrew Wincott handles the content so well, not over stressing the text but offering enough differences to suit both characters and base narration. Thank you Tom Bower for the splendidly writtten content. I will certainly listen/read again.

Reading this account left me feeling sad for everyone involved. Regardless of royal duty, political, historic, financial, race implications - it’s about a family that’s torn apart - unable to keep together due to ego, paranoia, childhood suffering and the inability to forgive to name a few reasons.

So many fractured relationships. A complex group of people managed by a machine - whether it be a royal machine or Hollywood machine was not easy to navigate by anyone involved.

Those who worked with the family also suffered from the fractured relationships, which was concerning.

I hope and pray that time and space will settle this high profile family, including those who worked with them and that all can move on to a better place where they are at peace.
