I have listened to this and the other stories in the series countless times and it is brilliant. The narrator is actually great and I love the voices she has given each character especially the soul blades. Some people may find the narration not to their tastes at first but I say to them don’t give up on it. The more you listen to the story the more the characters grow on you. All in all a worthy sequel to a good first book of the series and it just gets better from here on

I like the fact that there are a number of themes going on with the different people within the books.

I enjoy the style and characters with these books.

Trip's and Rysha's romance are beginning to blossom. Trip's secret is revealed but I wish He didn't himself all the time like a teenager and start learning magic. I hope he learns how to use his power in the next book and I like the banter between the characters like all of Buroker's books.
