I had seen this book on IG and saw Winston James was narrating it, he's amazing as always. The female narrator made her chapters had to listen to I skipped most it, she sounded like she was counting the words or reading a children's book.

Beautiful story

This is a nice story, unabashedly smutty, and a lovely HEA to boot. The relationships are really well written, not just with the main characters but with the surrounding friends and family too. The experience was a little clouded by the narration by the female voice actor, which sounded like an AI text-to-speech reader; overdrawn pauses within sentences and strange inflections. I found it distracting, even at 1.5x, and will probably swerve the other titles in the series which have the same narrator.

I started with the audiobook but couldn’t continue because of the female narrator’s unbearable voice! It completely ruined it for me so had to buy the physical book and ended up loving it!
