Ain't love sweet!

Okay, medical professionals work exceedingly difficult shifts, are often sleep deprived, as well as having very little down time. So it's not difficult to imagine that workplace liaisons occur. Whether it's good for the working environment, it would be difficult to say.
Plus, women in surgical fields still fight the glass ceiling of gender in the workplace, that could cause a woman in that field to be tunnel visioned as far as her goals are concerned.
There also is a point where a person has reached the pinnacle of their career, and wants to step back and smell the roses.
Therefore, the whole of this story is plausible, although it feels very fairytalish. I found it added a smile to my day!

Good story

This was a good story. I enjoyed the performance too. I’ve listened from this author before and I loved this one more of her other stories. I like when the heroine did not go chasing after the hero. Instead, it was slow building to their relationship. All in all, I would listen again. Highly recommend!

mostly good

I liked the hospital setting and the characters, but the heroine was a little too annoying. not to say there aren't girls who think like her, just a little too on again off again for no real reason for my liking. but I hate runners who don't demand explanations up front, so that's my biggest annoyance.

Needed a better narrator

I really like the story, but the narrator was horrible! She has no emotion she sounds like a robot.

Great Series!!

Wow...the storyline for all six books were fantastic, I loved each and every one of them especially how they entertwined with each other. The love of each husband with their wife, but the 3 cousins who stuck together and considered themselves brothers had my heart ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Melanie Anne, you have a new fan!!
Rachel Fulginiti, great job on all!!

Glad I Listened to It

I enjoyed the book but I found myself fast forwarding because several things were repeated numerous times, for example the fact that Kyle left his practice in CA. How many times did we need to hear that? It seems that Ms. Anne's characters have a problem with communication, all the major issues of the characters in this series could have solved a lot of problems by just talking or asking a question or two. This is the same with Patsy...just quit running and talk, woman. Ms. Fulginiti narrates well.
