Really loved this audiobook
Really loved this audiobook. I've learned a lot of new knowledge that I can surely use in the future or even in my daily life. I really like the way how the author writes this amazing book. Also loved its narration, very clear and understandable unlike other narrations from other books I have purchased. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Awesome audio-book!
This book is not for the lazy, but rather for those who are willing to learn and do the work for your future and posterity. This is a great read and I definitely recommend it for anyone just starting out in rental property investment. My husband and I are just starting out in our real estate investment business and this book really breaks everything down for you, especially when it comes to calculating your ROI before making a purchase/deal and learning about the pros & CONS of each type of rental property. I love that he’s so honest and doesn’t just tell you that there’s one right way to do real estate. Instead, he lays out the different options plain and simple and encourages you to do the work to decide what’s best for your lifestyle and skills.

I grew up in the Property Management world
I grew up in the Property Management world. My folks owned between 18-70 rentals for most of my life. When I became an adult, I bought my own rentals and started a small management company. Even with the experience that I had, this book was ridiculously helpful! I owe a tremendous debt to the Turners and BP for teaching me the strategies, systems, and actions that have taken the majority of the burden off of me, and made my business more profitable and enjoyable. I'm happier, my family is happier, my Tenants are happier, and the money is much better.

Tons of good info to start learning
A great book to start learning and executing on rental properties. Tons of good info to start learning more about. I ate up this book in 2 days. he plugs his bigger pockets stuff a lot but I looked into it and there is a lot of info there too. he makes it fun and well-organized. a great book to get an understanding of the real estate biz and process
