Joyce Meyer has a knack for coining phrases - her fans call them "Joyceisms" - and one of her best loved is "Where the mind goes, the man follows."This was the basis for Battlefield of the Mind, and in her latest book, Meyer provides "power thoughts," bringing the reader to a new level of ability to use the mind as a tool to achievement. In Power Thoughts, she outlines a flexible program to turn thoughts into habits, and habits into success. Nobody has more of a "can-do" attitude than Joyce Meyer. Now you can, too.
Are you feeling discouraged and defeated? If so, chances are the devil has been hitting you with what Joyce calls the fearsome four: fear, guilt, worry, and insecurity. All four of these foes produce nothing but misery and prevent people from fulfilling God's calling. But with Christ, you can defeat these obstacles and reach God's perfect plan for your life. With a full teaching devoted to each one, Joyce shares how to chase away the fearsome four using God's word and stories from her own life.
The Confident Woman is the culmination of a three-part message Joyce has constructed, drawing from her decades of experience interacting with and ministering to women. It is also the result of her personal journey from abuse and defeat to a confidence through which she is realizing her full potential.

Jesus came to give us abundant, overflowing, joy-filled lives. But in today's fast-paced, demanding society, it's easy to live overwhelmed with overflowing schedules rather than overflowing joy. The result usually amounts to stressful, hurried everyday lives that look much different from what God intended.
In classic Joyce Meyer style, she provides proven "how-to's" and practical methods along with her encouragement. Joyce has been there. She offers us the benefit of her own experience and helps us avoid the hazards on the way to realizing our dreams
Using Scripture and powerful real-life examples, Joyce Meyer reveals that we, not God, determine our level of intimacy with Him. She reminds us that Moses went alone to visit God on the mountaintop while Joshua and others stood at a distance from Him. And while at least seventy people traveled with Jesus when he preached, only twelve disciples were his close companions. Of the twelve, Peter, James and John were closer still. But only one of the three laid his head on Jesus' breast.
Life isn't easy. But the good news is, God is on your side! Who is God? He is Jehovah Jireh, "Your Provider"...Jehovah Rapha, "Your Healer"...and Jehovah Shalom, "Your Peace". He is Jesus, and he is everything you will ever need.
God wants you to be filled with hope. But how do you hang on to it through disappointment, tragedy, and bad news? With her blend of humor, insight, and practical wisdom rooted in God's word, Joyce shows you how to foster a "prisoner of hope" attitude.
This audiobook will show you how to train your mouth to speak words that will make you an overcomer in this life. It emphasizes that speaking the word of God must be coupled with living a life of complete obedience in order to see the power of God flow.
This book is timely, interesting and it convicts the reader. Since you picked up this book because you acknowledge you or we (I cannot exclude myself) have a mouth situation, the work is laid out for us and I expect it won't be easy. Mrs Meyers says this is a lifelong journey that cannot be done without God.
Or maybe you picked up this book to help someone else? I say they first have to acknowledge the have a problem, but you can read it for them I guarantee you will get revelation from this read.
The nuggets of Scripture shared were right on time. From the audible version it was very easy to bookmark the spot or write a note to save any Scripture shared. The book format has all Scripture listed in the back outstanding.
I believe this book will bless anyone wanting to speak to others with grace, want to understand where complaining, gossiping, grumblings and murmurs come from, as well as wanting to be a mouthpiece for God.
I'm on my third listen and it won't be the last.

Such a great resource for scripture based truths we all need ,and is readily available. I sent it to almost all my siblings.
I loved this book Me and My Big Mouth . Joyce Myers shows us with back up from the Bible that our words are used by the devil to cause evil. How relatable this book is not just as everyday people but as world leaders. This is a book that I appreciate and will listen to again.
