Best I found.

If you are looking for straight forward, step by step guidance how to stop procrastinating and improve your productivity right away, this book is the one to choose. Simple, straightforward and unambiguous steps you can implement as you listen the book and see the results right away. I realised in my 30ties that through my life I was polishing all of the bad habits and mastered procrastinatory and three months ago faced nasty realisation that am unable to finish a single task on time and become one of people I myself called ‘waste of space’. I was lucky enough to realise I needed help before my bosses gave it up on me and ‘just’ saved my job... I went through number of books looking for help and by luck I come across this book. Simple, straight to point, practical and without going through hours of woofing and stories that other authors make you to listen before getting to actual thing that you/me anyone need to do in order to succeed. It just worked for me and I believe was crucial to my success.

Inconsistent

Worth the short read, but the writer is not consistent in several key points. For example, several chapters are dedicated to showing how to build "to do" lists, and later in the book he recommends not using to do lists and instead using only a calendar.

Not helpful at all!

What would have made Superhuman Focus better?

Being completely rewritten - by someone who can actually write!

Would you be willing to try another one of Joe Hempel’s performances?

Performance was fine, the narration was pretty good actually, just really bad material.

Any additional comments?

This was like one of those Buzzfeed "10 things to do" type lists. Was full of the usual cliched nonsense. Felt like i was being patronised the whole time, like it was aimed at kids or something! Got pretty much nothing from this, sorry, felt like a waste of money and time!

Nothing "super human" about it

Basic at best, yet somehow condescending Could hardly get through it. Glad it was short. Still a waste of time and money. Yuck!

Everyone should read this book!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I recommended this book because I had a couple of moments when listening to this that I said to myself 'that explains a lot'. My friend was complaining about their 'life' and it sounded like what the book talks about. My friend went and listened to this book and agreed, this is a must read/listen to book.

Which scene was your favorite?

The whole book is excellent, but I enjoyed chapter 3 and 9 because it was what I was struggling with personally.

Any additional comments?

I bought this book as an audible, however it was so good that I bought a hard copy for using to reference back to occasionally.

Keep up the good work!

Writing this because I realized I owned 2 books by you that were equally moving in my life! I love how short they are and this book specifically helped me truly find who "I" am. Thank you!
