It really helped me figure out.

This book helped me put together some big missing pieces about my mental wellness and my health. It really helped me figure out a way to resolve my longstanding pain, both physical and mental.

I really appreciate this book.

I really appreciate this book and how it really made it practical how you can overcome anything and how it gives tools to help with past pains. Very good balance on how to deal with emotions. Was a great blessing to me.

Great music and soothing narration.

This is a very nice way to get in touch with your whole being and be present while using the guided imagery to cleanse yourself of built up energy. It's beautifully narrated and has a relaxing vibe throughout. Great music and soothing narration.

I listened to this audiobook.

I listened to this audiobook while going to traditional psychotherapy. It helped tremendously to give me words for therapy and have the courage to face my deepest, hidden places. I’ve used it while reprinting myself and learning to hear and see my children and help them feel safe.

VERY high to feeling very calm.

I spent several years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist but had forgotten this amazing tool for myself. I am a psychotherapist working with highly traumatized adults. I find this book a must read for any professional who is interested in expanding their approach to helping their clients with trauma histories. Also a great resource for the layperson who has experienced trauma.

Finally a book that harnesses.
