Great book.
I recommend listening to it before you have your child. I didn't follow step by step all the instruction but the recommendations about how to create a routine and how to understand when is night time was very helpful.

Is this even in English?
Read by a robot, and hardly even in English. This is an absolutely appalling audiobook. It really leaves you wondering if Audible has any quality control at all.
The audible release is incoherent, with broken sentences, long pauses, bizarre syntax, the weirdest accent that leaves you straining, and a very strange dialogue. If I might give an example: If be it incoherent drawl you aspire then maximise your listen you by this book for much stress always!
There is no guided meditation in this book. Just badly mashed up sleep hygiene that everyone already knows.
