I always imagined that I was in touch with myself until I started trying to heal myself and I realized I didn't even know what things I struggled with as a child. I didn't even recognize my inner child, much less begin to heal her. Suffice to say, therapy was tough! I love that this book has taken away some of the struggle. Now I don't struggle as much to put a finger on the issue when I am triggered. This book has you journaling for seven days, but I plan on continuing the practice. Please get this book if you want to get your healing from within.

Can't expect, really. But listening to this audio was really enjoying. I just find myself smiling and just imagining how life could be when if I really did find my inner child is. And with this book, I did somehow. It was amazing that this is like a guide that will help anyone to rediscover oneself of something along with their growth. There is still something in all of us even when we get old. Great narration!

Our inner child genuinely does play a big role in who we are today, or who we perceive ourselves to be! This book has definitely opened my eyes to what we owe to our younger selves, I found out a great deal about myself that was buried away while listening to this audiobook. Great information would highly recommend

Sooo much to glean from this short audiobook! If you seem to be dealing with issues in your life and you have no clue why, maybe it's time to look into your inner child. Definitely worth a listen!
