Does your inner child need healing?
Sooo much to glean from this short audiobook! If you seem to be dealing with issues in your life and you have no clue why, maybe it's time to look into your inner child. Definitely worth a listen!

Great Book - would recommend

heal your inner child
Great book. I really enjoy it. Is teaching you steb by step how to inderstand and heal your inner child. It's very good and easy to understand..and its just 1 hour of listening..and pure emotions. Recomended 100%

This was fun!
Can't expect, really. But listening to this audio was really enjoying. I just find myself smiling and just imagining how life could be when if I really did find my inner child is. And with this book, I did somehow. It was amazing that this is like a guide that will help anyone to rediscover oneself of something along with their growth. There is still something in all of us even when we get old. Great narration!

Excellent Audio Book!
Delighted to have come across this book and at the perfect time too. I’ve been trying to connect with my inner child for a while but with very little success. This book has helped me so much, the easy to follow exercises have been a great help and has made a huge difference. If it’s your fist time trying to connect with your inner child you might feel silly at first, I know I did but persevere and you will break through that until it’s something you can enjoy.
Writing a letter to my younger self was very powerful and a great exercise to do! That was the moment I knew I had really connected with my inner child.
I listened to the audiobook a couple of weeks ago and I’ve started again today. Definitely worth listening to more than once to absorb all the information. I repeat the affirmations daily and can see the difference they have made. Understanding the needs of my inner child has helped me understand why I do the things I do as an adult, understanding my triggers and the why behind them has been a leap forward in my personal growth.
I would highly recommend this book, nice and short audio been only an hour but has all the information you need to make that connection with your inner child.

Eye opening
Our inner child genuinely does play a big role in who we are today, or who we perceive ourselves to be! This book has definitely opened my eyes to what we owe to our younger selves, I found out a great deal about myself that was buried away while listening to this audiobook. Great information would highly recommend

Great life Tool !
This was an area of personal development i was looking to dig into for a while now, and I’m glad I final decided to do so. The concept is simple yet powerful, and I was surprised to learn the subconscious impact earlier years of childhood has on adult life.
The affirmations are really helpful and are easy to practice daily with the audio format.
Highly recommended if you are in pursuit of personal growth and a happier life!

Great book
A great book for those who want to heal from within and find their inner child. It has some great exercises to go through over 7 days which you can continue to do as part of your healing process. Highly recommended.
