Summary

Why not let your child’s imagination run wild in this final adventure in the Red Man and Green Man's series of stories?

All children like to go out and have fun in the snow, throwing snowballs, sledding, and making a snowman until they get so cold that they have to go back home.

When Red Man and Green Man get knocked out of the traffic lights by a van skidding in the snow, it is the very first time they have ever felt cold, and they don’t like it. They are used to being nice and warm in the traffic lights. They end up having an adventure they will never forget.

This funny ausiobook explains to children that playing in the snow can be real good fun if we use our imaginations. Creative play such as building snowmen can help children to build stamina and develop gross motor skills. It’s important for children to experience fresh air.

Authored and narrated by Ann Twigg, this audiobook helps children let their imagination run wild and is something they will want to listen to over and over again.

Traffic lights go on an adventure

We have listened to several Ann Twigg books now and we enjoyed this. My daughter was a little confused at the start who the men were so had to explain that they were the colours of the traffic lights. When she got this, she enjoyed the story. Would be good to have a series of these adventures to see what the men get up to. We would listen to this again, a nice relaxing listen.

A snowy adventure for Red Man and Green Man

Red Man and Green Man are leaving their traffic lights again and going on another adventure. What's this though? Something strange has happened, the ground is covered in white, soft clouds, it's snow! Join the Little Men on their magical adventure in a Winter wonderland.

A fun adventure to inspire creativity

This delightful short narrative is great for enquiring minds as it gives the perspective from Red & Green traffic lights points of view. We enjoyed their adventures whilst trying to imagine how they might view the new characters in this realistic world.

A great book for encouraging young readers to think about their surroundings and recognise everyday experiences. It could also be used to generate ideas for young writers.

A great original idea! We liked it!

It was told well with a gentle tone.
