I loved the first book in this series, and this one was just as enjoyable. The poems are heartfelt and emotional, with several that really resonated with me personally.

The original artwork adds another beautiful layer to the collection, especially knowing that the poems were inspired by the author’s own artwork. It creates a wonderful connection between the words and images.

This feels like the kind of book you can keep on a coffee table and return to whenever you need a little peace, comfort, or reflection. Some of my favorites were The Tether of Our Souls, The Whistle, Not Worn but Won, All Is Fine, and Threshold. A lovely and calming collection.
