Brogan Thomas books are just going from strength to strength. The world she's built just sucks you in and within the first few pages you're rooting for the main character. I love that the books carry on with the same characters but can also be read, /listen to as a stand alone book.
The book has twist and turns that will keep you thinking this is a must read/listen and I can't wait for the next book to become available on Audible.

Brogan Thomas' books are getting better and better! I had a feeling we hadn't seen the back of Tru after Rebel Unicorn and yay I was right! This is a standalone plotwise, like the previous book about Tru, with most of the same characters but set a few years later.

Love Tru, she's a fab character, not perfect thankfully nor TSTL, and I was definitely rooting for her. And now we have a demon, as well as an angel - love how that worked out! Some nice flashes of humour in the story - "Tru death" to vampires anyone?!

I think the narrator's great, she does a good job bringing across Tru's youth, enthusiasm and the humour really well, making it a pleasure to listen to.

I got a free copy of this from the author - yay for me - but I was planning to buy it as I have her previous books already - recommended.
