a nice story but very little actual study tips
most of the book was about spiritual things, Indian culture and health/yoga. the first few chapters were good but the rest of the book was just too irrelevant and I took very little value from 80% of book.
for example the book talks about...
- yoga
- gurus
- health
- suicide
- jobs
- the authors courses
- business
sadly very little content on studying.
