We promised to stick together. And then they betrayed me. In a world where more children are being born with special abilities, we were six of the ones kidnapped and hidden away for testing and training. We banded together and became a family…until one of us was killed. The others turned on me and left me for dead. Five years later, and I’m on a hunt for vengeance against the organization that’s still stealing and brainwashing gifted kids in secret. It’s all I have left; to rid the world of this evil. Until I realize that they are in this city with the same goal. Aiden. Kellan. Jackson. Dane. Now I need to decide. Do I work with the ones who abandoned me five years ago, or walk away from this city and finish the war by myself? But once they discover I’m here, I learn they have their own plans for me.
*Ravage is a full length why choose dark paranormal romance novel that ends on a cliffhanger. It is book 1 in the Raegan of Ruin series. If you like plot, banter, steam, a strong heroine, and multiple alpha-holes that you don't have to choose between, then this is for you. It is recommended for 18+ due to language and sexual situations.

Reagan of Ruin book 1
This audiobook completely hooked me! 😮💨🔥
I loved Raegan. She is such a badass FMC ; strong, fierce and carrying so much history, but she never feels like a damsel in distress.
Then there’s the men! Aiden, Kellan, Jackson and Dane… four very different men with their own baggage, secrets and seriously complicated feelings towards Raegan.
I felt I need to know more about these characters, but the story dived straight into the drama. I think book 2 will offer more about each personality 🖤
The betrayal, second chance tension, found family and enemies-to-lovers vibes had me completely invested. Add in the powers, revenge and dark paranormal world, and I was ALL IN!
I found I needed to concentrate on this one book as there is a lot going on. I got a little lost at one point and had to revert back to the first few chapters to gain my footing 🙈
The narration?! 🔥🔥🔥
Amy Hall, J.F. Harding, Jason Clarke, Christian Fox, Jacob Morgan, Marie Hawkins & Jarman Day absolutely smashed this full-cast performance. Each character had their own distinct voice and personality, brining the charge to life and making the whole story feel incredibly immersive.
That cliffhanger though… 😭
I NEED book two immediately!

I enjoyed the push and pull of the slow burn romance. It's got a couple of spicy scenes later in the book, but Raegan doesn't get together with any of the guys (it's a why choose) in this book.
The pacing was a bit slow, but the narrators kept me engaged. That cliffhanger, though... Thankfully the next book is out soon.
I really enjoyed the narration except for one scene. In a chapter from Dane's POV (narrated by Jacob Morgan), there's a battle scene that takes place and I didn't feel the excitement and chaos in that scene because Jacob Morgan tends to have a more neutral, even bored-sounding tone that didn't really work here. Aside from that, I think the casting for this was spot on with character's personalities coming to life beautifully.
Interesting start to the series. Great narration
