Life Changing Concepts
This concept is brilliant in its simplicity. I'm a life-long cigarette, food and drug addict and have been on various addiction programs from one to other since I was 14 (Now I'm 62). Through all the trial and error, I've been wanting to wake up in the morning and not be thinking about the blow-out I had the night before. Starting the day with good intentions, but ending up with a plethora of empty or half-eaten bags, boxes, smoking, jars, drinking and crumbs once again and feeling totally out of control of my addictions. A friend recommended this book and I couldn't put it down - it made so much sense. I can happily say that this has worked for me. This book is a great read, funny, thorough and very insightful - if I only have one "hypnosis" book; this is the one I'll keep.

I've Always Felt like I Had Two Voices in My Head
I've always felt like I had 2 voices in my head, the one that wants to fit into a smaller size pair of jeans and to be healthy and the one that really wants the nachos and other junk foods. I'm almost 50 and have been struggling with weight for my entire adult life. Always losing and then gaining more than I lost. I loved this book!! It helped me find a way to shut off the 'eat the cake' voice and harness it. The food plan is amazing!! Because it's your own. I am losing weight as a side benefit. Win/win.

Absolutely Works
I got the book last year, read it and implemented the ideas. It worked while the concepts were still fresh in my mind. Game changer! I feel recharged on a daily basis and have been cautious of my eating styles since then. I also lost 5 pounds that first week (off my already relatively slim frame). The author’s message is so sound and simple that it almost breaks my heart that I didn’t discover this way of defeating the demon much earlier in my life. Oh the frustration and suffering that could have been avoided! But I am SO grateful I decided to try again and that I found THE way.

Wow - Just wow!
I have started countless weight loss programs over the years and I generally start off feeling fairly positive• The ideas in this book just make so much sense, that if you accept them into your world view then you can't fail to succeed; I would bet my life on it. Already seeing positive results!!
