Very Helpful Thoughts, I Chose This Perfect Book

This storybook was extremely instructive. I love this book for bedtime! The stories are cute, Technically every date of the year has a story, so it’s intended to listen a story every night by date... great gift idea. I love this guide book and suggestions for all.

Clarissa does a lovely job of facilitating restfulness through storytelling, guiding the listener into imagery and body awareness that promote a sense of relaxation and well being. I enjoy the stories. Great audiobook!

I loved this audiobook and its stories. I'm happy with this listen. I find this audiobook very healthy and helpful. This was a nice quick listen with various tips. This would be most suited for beginners who are looking for an introduction to meditation.

One of the best purchases I've ever made!

What a good idea to have short and shortish pieces that adults would (and in my case, did) enjoy. Some poetry, some familiar literature, some a bit out there, some so comforting. Lovely. I received the book as a gift, and bought another copy to give to my friend for her birthday.
