straight forward & well explained

I saw an immediate change in the relationships with my kids from examples and lessons learned from this book! The anecdotes draw you in because they are relatable and current. You will vacillate between recognizing yourself and your parent friends, which is useful context. I found myself replaying certain sections to make sure I caught every word
