Summary

The seventh stirring instalment of the urban fantasy-thriller series starring Rachel Morgan is a pacey and addictive novel of sexy bounty-hunting witches, cunning demons, and vicious vampires.

The demon, Algaliarept, although banished back into the ever after has infected others of his kind with his interest in a witch who can channel demon magic. Rachel soon finds herself with not one but three hellions on her tail - and one of them is even crazier and more dangerous than all the fairy assassins, weres and vampires on the planet.

How on Earth am I still listening?

I find Rachel the most INCREDIBLY irritating protagonist. I'm not sure why I'm still listening, but somehow I'm hooked.

I started these books years ago and stopped because of the poor plot lines and generally repetitive nature of the story line. Who really cares if Ivy and Rachel get it on or not?

However, I'm committed. I'd like to see if the story telling improves, it would be nice to see a decent character arc with Rachel. It might make the time invested worth it. I think its the pixies that keep me going and general warmth of the characters and their tolerance of this highly infuriating female.
