Worked for me!

A Very helpful and useful audible !!

Do yourself a favor...

This book just nailed it. It is practical enough to understand why people smoke (benefits of) and why not to smoke. The list is considerably longer. It's not just having yellow teeth either!If you are looking to give smoking the kick, then check this neat little book out.

Outstanding, Elliott J. Power is the best.

This book served as good reminder of all the good reasons to quit smoking. As an ex-smoker, I can remember getting irritated by the negative comments from others. I encourage smokers to listen the book and follow its guidelines.

Insightful book!!

It really really works! Heck smoke while you listen it and by the time you're done... you're done smoking. It's not hypnotic and it doesn't try to guilt you into quitting or tell you how bad smoking is, it helps you understand why you smoke and once you understand that consciously or subconsciously you'll quit and honestly won't miss a thing.

Stop listening reviews and just buy the book! I heard about it from a co worker who was a 20+ year smoker and quit just like that after listening so I bought a copy and it worked!

Very Informative!!

On a significant date I decided to quit. I do not feel deprived. Sure I've had cravings but know they will pass in a few minutes and they do. The logic resonates with me in a way other methods of quitting have not.

Excellent!!

I thought this book was too good to be true too but after trying everything else, I said "why not." I listen the first 51 pages and got what the message is. I continued to smoke but considered what it said.

Successful, easy. I've recomended this to several people, and they quit. My friends dad smoked for 40 years, used this to quit, and all his friends have since quit.

NO ONE HAS SUCCESSED BY ITSELF!

All smokers have tried to quit smoking and permanently change their negative habits about smoking ... I give you news: NO ONE HAS SUCCESSED BY ITSELF! What do I mean by this? Nobody wakes up and says "I'll quit smoking today!" .... it NEVER happens. To change something has to happen in life that makes you change course ... it can simply be talking to a person, watching a movie or listening a book ... my life. I mean really, it made me change my mind about smoking and life in general. I recommend everyone to listen to this beautiful audiobook.

Change your habits, change your life.

I listen this book in 3 hours. The next day I was still smoking. I was disappointed. after a few days of continuing to listen to him I worked hard to change my life, my health ... my existence. it was difficult to change, I listened step by step all the advice of the author, and thanks to all these things I was able to FINALLY quit SMOKING, I am grateful for this book, I am grateful for my life and my health, I did listen to this audiobook also to my sister and she is listening to it right now, surely she will be able to turn her life upside down too. I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ANYONE WHO FINALLY WANTS TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE AND IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Start today!! Trust me!

start listening to this audiobook starting today! This book worked for my mom and me. Me, a 30-year-old smoker and she, a 40-year-old smoker, were both able to quit easily, with no withdrawal issues and emotions arising. The hardest part was just listening the book. Hypnosis works. And that's that. Try it and then come and write a review for yourself!

Fatal audiobook.

This audiobook was fatal for me. I started listening to it for two weeks and I have never stopped listening to it. Every time I think about cigarettes I remember that Elliott is there who professes his "pearls of wisdom" and his advice to quit permanently. It has helped me enormously

What an excellent resource!

I used the Kindle and Audible versions to quit. The book basically takes a couple of days to complete and you need that much time to allow the deprogramming to begin.
