Everyone should listen it!!

This is the third audiobook I've read about giving up alcohol. The others were good in their own ways, but this was the first to explain the physical and psychological 'game' that booze plays on us! I now feel, for the first time, that I am equipt to avoid repeating my mistakes.

The only book that helped me
This audiobook is unlike any other audiobook I've listened about alcohol. I'm only halfway through but I am amazed at all the things I didn't realize about it. I've listen other audiobooks on how to stop but this doesn't focus on stopping as much as explaining it,... drew me to the conclusion that I really want to stop!
