This book is a nice reference

This book is a nice reference to that weekend while also going into depth about many aspects of Qigong. I would certainly consider it a necessary purchase for your personal collection of Qigong resources.

Best Qigong books

This is definitely one of the very best Qigong books I have come across and Giichi'x crating skill is impressive. I especially enjoyed his sparkling sense of humor and the depth of his knowledge which makes this book a real pleasure to listen.

Excellent book!

I had a hard time picking out a book about Qigong, but after listening some reviews about this one, I decided to try it. I was looking for a book that explained how to do simple qigong exercises as well as explain the medical science behind it. This book does just that without getting too deep into it. I was impressed with the author in that he cited many references to medical studies that were done to prove the effectiveness of qigong. I think that this book is great for someone who is just beginning to learn about these types of exercises.

It's great background for a beginner

This book is comprehensive and well-researched. It's great background for a beginner and a guide for further study. Definitely the best choice for anyone who wants to learn. There is no substitute for a teacher but this is the next best thing.

Amazing Book!

I have listen this book hundreds of times and practically base my entire health and wellness program around its contents. I have listen other Qi Gong books and you won't find nearly as much comprehensive material as you get from listening this one in any of the others. Highly recommended This Book.
