Summary

A great listen with some great characters in this friends to lovers book, I found this to be a great relaxing experience.

Puppy Love (Career Men book2) by Jill Haven and Austin Bates.
This was a sweet story about friends to lovers and business owners together. Harland and Coop try to figure out if a romantic relationship between them will destroy everything they have.
The Narrator Aleks Esquire did a good job bringing these characters and story to life.

Good easy read
This was a good, easy listen with low levels of angst, and a lot of sweetness. I feel the narration added much to the story, as there were times it just seemed very predictable. That being said, it was still a great story and one that gets you right in the feels.

So sweet ... and puppies!
This is a delightful friends to lovers tale based around vets. There are times I wanted to shake them but oh my were they adorable. Great fun and looking forward to the next one.

Delightful
This is the second book in The Career Men Series. I would read/listen the first book before this one. A delightful book with good writing. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters charming. The characters were developed and thought out. Harland and Coop are the MC’s of this book. I can recommend this book as a good read/listen. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.

Coop and Harland are 2 very stubborn characters and I wanted to bang there heads together at times, but they an adorable couple!

Best friends to lovers
I really enjoyed both Coop and Harland but oh my goodness were they completely oblivious to the each other’s feelings. I know neither wanted to ruin their friendship but it was to the extent I was almost shouting at them in my head to finally get their act together.
Overall I enjoyed the story - it was sweet and adorable, and the narration was very well done (my first by this narrator - and I’d definitely listen to more).

not sure
i enjoyed this story. it was cute sweet and cuddly.. the narrator wasnt my favorite.. a bit slow.. a bit off for me.. it didnt fit what i thought it would but it wasnt horrible either.. i liked it enough to listen to more later and see what happens.

Enjoyed
I enjoyed listening to this book it was fun as both Harland and Coop are best friends with unrequited love. I enjoyed seeing how that is resolved. Narrator was brilliant.
