Well Done Mark Dudley!

This book answers so many of the questions that I've had and so many of the questions I didn't even know to ask. There are many personal anecdotes and examples throughout the book, and these examples really helped me to understand how to implement the strategies found within each section.

Good Guide

The book takes you through the steps of preparing a talk, delivering the speech, and also some of the related things you will deal with. Even if you just need to be able to talk in front of a team at work public speaking skills are critical these days.

Very Easy To Follow

This book would not only have been a live saver for me back then but even now, it is helping me change my presentation preparation from a random hit and miss process to a simple, straight forward step-by-step process. This helps take much of the anxiety out of giving a presentation as I KNOW I'm well prepared, I've done the work and as a result, I can focus on speaking with confidence and passion.

So Glad With It

It took me years and many epic failures to become a decent public speaker. Lack of confidence, not knowing how to best structure my talk, how to adjust my content for the audience were just some of the lessons I had to learn the hard way through lack of audience engagement.

Awesome Author

I found the core ideas easy to understand and the exercises gave me the reassurance and guidance that I needed to put these ideas into practice. The authors demystify the art of delivering an engaging talk. They cover such topics as Managing Stage Fright, Picking your topic, Creating an outline and how to deliver an engaging talk. Finally, they share their own personal stories and journey towards being confident public speakers. I highly recommend this book.
