رواية ممتعة

ما أجمل الوقت الذي تقضيه مع مؤلف قد توفي منذ ما يقارب قرن من الزمان. صديقي في هذه الرحلة المؤلف الروسي الكسندر كوبرن، وهو من أعلام الرواية الروسية. يتحدث كوبرن في هذه الرواية القصيرة عن قصة شبيهة بالأسطورة الإغريقية بيجماليون - والذي يحول فيها النحات تمثالا إلى إمرأة حسناء حقيقية. ولكن في هذه الرواية الروسية يحول البطل أحلامه إلى حقيقة، ويغير عالمه الواقعي إلى حلم. ربما يمكن وصف حالته بالشعور الذي يشعر به الإنسان عندما يخلد للنوم وعقله في حالة من اليقظة السطحية. حينما تختلط الأحلام مع الأصوات المحيطة وينتج عنها إحساس بالخدر والهلوسة اللطيفة.
