This was an enjoyable read with a sweet second-chance romance, but I found myself wanting more drama and deeper emotional stakes. Maggie and Cole had great chemistry, but their lack of communication made their relationship frustrating at times. Additionally, I thought Cole's bond with Lottie should have been given more attention because it seemed like a lost chance for character development. All in all, a good read. Both narrators did a great job with this dual style audio.
