Project management - planning wisely!
‘Project Management’ by Susan Hollister is a very quick and easy guide how to planning, completing and evaluating your projects. It doesn’t matter how big is your project and how many staff you need to give them tasks. I enjoy this audiobook, especially when running a small business and it helps me to improve my organization skills. I like the most the table of contests about your feedback and time management. Great narrator helps me to focus on the content. Good planning strategy starts with job description and tools that you need. Is good to visualise it as chart or table of contents or network diagrams. Very important is time analysis and financial calculation. So is worth to step by step organize your income and costs.
