I have loved Shaun Hutson books for years.Especially the Doyle sagas.I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every book, so it was a huge disappointment that I found Progeny very slow going and a lack lustre, often dare I say 'boring', story. Even the end was abrupt and a relief to finish it.
I can't believe that I am saying this about the 'Master of Gore' Shaun Hutson. But don't let me sway you from reading/listening to Progeny. Make up your own mind.
