One of the bad habits that I am trying to break is procrastination. I am the classic “start a project and not see it to completion” kind of person. I want to change the way I handle projects and tasks in my everyday life.

From the generic to clinically diagnosed causes, the topic of procrastination, as they explain, is more complex and more intricate then first thought. A fantastic read and helpful information to manage, if not overcome procrastination.

I have been so, so, so much more productive the last few months. I was trying to figure out why and it donned on me it was this book! For the first time in my life, I find myself stopping to see why I'm procrastinating on something. It may not sound like a big thing but that one act of figuring out what it is that is preventing me from doing what I need/want to do enables me to actually do it!

Plus, the author points out that the process takes time, and that if you slip, thats fine just keep working on trying to be better than before.
