Summary

Understanding probability as unique and stimulating theory which goes beyond conventional mathematics, will give you better perspective of the world around you. The first part of the book explains the fundamentals of probability in clear and easy to understand way even if you are not familiar with mathematics at all and you are just starting your journey towards this particular field of science. In the following sections of the book, the subject is explained in wider context along with importance of permutations and combinations in probability and their applications to a variety of scientific problems as well as the importance of probability in real life situations.

good process

As with all his books, this one is clearly explained, with wonderful examples, and an intuitive approach. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in understanding probability and stochastic processes.

lot of aspects

This book covers a lot of aspects of the Probability Models...

It has many examples that helps you understand everything and use all kind of tips during your study...

Although not bad I think he could have been much better in describing the Theory behind the examples!!!

i love it

This book first was recommended by one of friends who study statistics! After listening, i decided to buy it for myself! It can help me understand the baseline of the probability! I love it !!

Such an informative book

I think this book is a worthwhile read and I came into work today a little more energized to work up sound solutions to a couple of automation issues that have required too many annoying manual interventions. It's hard to ask a whole lot more than that.

very well written

This book provides not only information on what Probability is, and how to implement it, but also the history and circumstances which led to and justify this revolution.

Author nailed it....

It is an awesome book for Computer Science Students..I delighted in the measure of data in Python gave by this short book. I'm new understudy in CSE and i get a kick out of the chance to coding so i purchase this book since i need to learn Python language.. All things considered the book give me a decent pondered Python. So I suggest it for all CSE students....

Helpful Guide Book..

This is my first time to encounter Markov models and this book satisfy my curiosity. This book provides general information and how to use it in real life. This is an informative guide for the reader indeed. The Markov models give amazing flexibility in arranging of events. Highly recommended!

Just what I needed!!!

Sure, I had only basic knowledge of Markov Models, but it was great to see the Python code !!! I really really felt like this is a great start to HMM beyond what I could have found searching myself, because people always assume you understand some concepts before rushing through small details. While this book does rush, it is a very well calculated rush, since the author gives just enough keywords for me to look into without feeling lost. Thank you again for the wonderful listen and the wonderful code. It is delightful to see probability models in Python code

5 out of 5.....excellent.....

This is a wide topic to discuss, I bought a book that would summarize the whole discussion and this book has given me a lot of information. Only few people are studying about data science because this is composed of complex and tons of deep discussion if you are not good at analyzing then you cannot be here. Algorithms are easy if you just memorized the formulas that provided like the probability axioms. Analyzing each formula will make it easier for you to understand the problem...

Great Overview....

A very brief overview of the subject matter. Good for someone only starting to gather knowledge about Markov models. Includes some Python code and overview of different Python libraries and their applications. A very good starting point.

Definitely recommended!

The primary aim of machine learning is to train the computers or machine to learn on its own and make informed decisions in a relatively shorter time than what human beings can do.The markov models book will teach you all about the markov model as an unsupervised machine learning algorithm over a range of multi-faceted applications. You will also explore practical implementations of this model in a python programming environment.
