A hysterical and sometimes tragic portrayal of a doctor’s interactions with a captivating array of patients contrasted against the frustrations and humdrum of being a junior doctor in the National Health Service.

1st class but worrying

Liked the book from end to end but the last bit brought it home with a bang, one overpowering, over promoted person trying to tick boxes kills but walks away. Doctors can and do live a good life when at the top of the tree, but it's not those we see day to day, it's folk like this that will save your life.

Read too fast

The content of this book was great, but it is read so fast that I struggled to keep up.

Author spoke so fast at times

Very interesting and entertaining audiobook but the author/narratorspeaks at the speed of lightning. I'm English also so it's not an issue of my not understanding accent or other English phrases.
