Real Female Empowerment
Not a bunch of pseudo-feminism which is so popular these days, no empty platitudes like "eyeliner so sharp it can slay the patriarchy" nonsense. Real, physical and mental empowerment for women. Find your joy, appreciate your body, take up space, stop apologizing for existing in the world as a woman, and be exactly who you are.

Powerful books
Such a powerful book. I am definitely going to read this a couple of times more - maybe buy the printed book too. I love Lisa’s books. Some sentences of her book you just need to read every day.

Same same. Not different
Same words of rise women rise, empowerment through big words, sounds like a monologue of how oppressed we are (as women) and how to embody our most powerful ideal self bla bla bla. Don’t get me wrong, the oppressed feminine in me wanted to like and learn from this book, but it’s just the same of every other book. Couldn’t last more then 30min listening.
