I understand the hype
At first I was a little dubious about the hype surrounding this book but now I totally get it. Its a very fresh, modern and original take on pregnancy and child birth. It was a faithful friend to me thru my pregnancy journey and I am more than happy to recommend this to other women out there.

Good, informative, repetitive
It had a load of interesting facts that I’ll definitely use and I will relisten to the book closer to my due date. However, it is extremely repetitive. Definitely worth a listen but brace yourself.
