A great insight into the stages of company growth

Would you listen to Predictable Success again? Why?

Yes, it has some very useful insights into the stages a company goes through and the characteristics of these. Derek is an experienced and accomplished entrepreneur and today with a business of 4 people full time and expanding rapidly, it's fascinating both to learn more of the stages of growth ahead as well as their characteristics and challenges

Good stuff. well worth the read

Any additional comments?

This was a great book and as a peer group of business owners we used this book as a project and researched into our own businesses. This was really well thought out and very real insight.

I would highly recommend this to any business owner or consultant. It's a very interesting look on the maturity of companies.and how to gauge them.

Fabulous Team Management

I first Les on a podcast and wanted to read the book. He did not disappoint! Organizational cycle is a commonly understood concept. Yet, Les makes it so interesting and easy to understand. If you want to succeed in your organization, team, or group then this is a must-read.

wish I read this 15 years ago!

In the last 18 years I have transitioned through many of these stages. At this moment we are in the as the book calls it the predictable success stage. I can see now how easy it would be to slip or drive the company into one of the less desire able stages. Knowing is so encouraging! :)
