I have tried a lot of different hypnosis ones to help me sleep, for me this is wonderful. I sleep right through the night. Has changed my life as I have terrible insomnia and also spinal injury which gives me chronic pain that is hard to switch my brain off to. This really gets me to sleep and more importantly stay asleep 8 times out of 10.
One thing I have learned as my husband uses these hypnosis downloads aswell, it is extremely personal which ones work for you. Don't give up trying different ones and also persevere with them using them daily to imprint or whatever you do.
Also you need to use headphones or something equivalent to listen effectively to them. I am a side sleeper so use a headband type thing, when I started using it, it made the hypnosis work so much better. My husband uses headphones then takes them off at some point in the night. Again it is personal.
