Important book

This book has enormously helped me in gaining an accurate understanding of self worth. This book is wonderful for self-reflection and building a love for yourself when it was a hard thing to do. It's easy listen and has very useful information and exercises.

Calming

Recently I decided to start meditating, as a new mum and continuously on the move, life has been feeling very hectic and nonstop, I had been wanting to start a class but because of the baby have not been able to commit, So I thought I would give a meditation audiobook a try.
