Summary
Foster:
"Look out for Zach, and don't hit on him." My brother's request sounds easy enough. Keep an eye out for his best friend on campus and keep my hands to myself. Easy. Even if Zach is a quintessential nerd, who I've always thought was cute, I don't have the time to think with my...stick. There's only one stick I should be focused on this year, and that's my hockey stick. My goal once I graduate is to get an NHL contract. The last thing I need is a distraction. On or off the ice. Only, keeping to the rules is harder than I thought it would be.
Zach:
People confuse me. And no one more than Foster Grant. I've barely spoken two words to him in the whole time I've known him, but the second I step foot on campus, he's impossible to shake. I can never anticipate his next move. And whenever we're together, my next move is a total mystery as well. I want to give in to him, but that might mean coming clean about something I've never been bothered about before. I'm still carrying my V-card. And I think it's time to turn it in.

Love and Ice Hockey!
A fun rip-roaring fast-paced story of opposite attraction. How I laughed at their dialogue and enjoyed their love. Two thumbs up!

Loved this book.
I really liked the melding of two worlds; sport and academia and the unlikely growing attraction between two polar opposites. It’s well plotted and believable with many very beautiful moments. Can recommend if you want a kinda sappy but lovely MM romance.

Great book but odd narration
I love a good hockey romance and this one was so cute. Foster and Zach were so sweet. Amazing grumpy/sunshine, opposites attract chemistry. The book was funny and low angst and I really enjoyed it.
That being said, I did not love the narration unfortunately. Foster sounded a bit like he was being narrated by a Mr. Moviefone voiceover from the early 00s. It definitely took me out of the story a bit.

Fantastic
I loved this story of adorable characters finding the kind of love most of us hope for. I love the interconnectiveness of this hockey world and cried with joy when characters I loved in other books were mentioned. Beautiful narration as always.

A comfort read
I love the CU Hokey series and Saxon and Eden’s style of writing. The books are sweet and funny and I’ve read/listened to them multiple times.

Good
Really enjoyed this lighthearted romance . Foster is asked by his twin to watch out for his best friend Zac but Foster has always liked Zac and his quirky ways so when things start to evolve can he make Zac realise he’s serious .

Meeehhh....
This book was good, the story was cute, and Foster is amazing!!!
My only issue is Zach is exhausting. Most of his dialogues and inner thoughts are cringy and with an insane amount of second-hand embarrassment. It is as if these authors think being an annoying, whiney, bitchy, pessimist that judges everyone he meets with an air of superiority is the interesting personality of a genius.... It's not.
He feels more like a person with a severe mental disorder, the mental age that jumps from a 5-year-old to a 15 teen, rather than a socially awkward genius who's learning how to open himself to others.
