Such a great buzz
I’ve been listening to Adrienne’s podcast for some time now and am already a convert to the power hour but the positivity and energy from the book are contagious whether you’re new to Adrienne or not. I was a bit worried it might be repetitive from the podcast content but it wasn’t at all, Adrienne threaded in quotes and reminders to some of the great interviews and ideas but the book is definitely worth listening to if you’ve already heard the podcast before. So many helpful and achievable ideas to help you make the most of your life.
