WOW

This book is incredible. I would put it up there with one of the top 5 books I've ever read, it's easy going yet factual and straight to the point. It was really well read and just so enjoyable throughout. I am now making my husband listen to it because I loved it that much!! xx

Motivating and easy read

Another book about a morning routine and self care, so many of the concepts are the same as I’ve heard before but that comes from enjoying this genre. Repetition of concepts is helpful and each writer puts a slightly different spin on ideas. Does appear to be an amalgamation of ideas from lots of other books and bits from own podcasts, but an enjoyable and easy listen. Adrienne’s energy is contagious and she is highly motivating. A good example of how we can all harness the power within! I look forward to listening to again. I would suggest to Audible that the sample clip is changed as it doesn’t do justice to the book.

Amazing book

I love Adrienne’s podcast and enjoyed her book very much too. I was hooked every minute of it. Very inspiring book, it definitely motivated me to make some changes in my daily routine. Start with small steps and you will reach your goals.

Amazing

I love Adrienne from the workout motivation she always offers on FiiT and this book was, of course, an offering of that same outstanding motivation and encouragement. I have loved every minute and will definitely use the methods for time management and motivation going forward. Fab work, well done.

Great informative guide

I'm an early bird but I know I am not making the most of that. I listen to Adrienne's podcast but this was great to read everything in one place. I sit here with loads of notes and raring to go
