Nice!

It isn't just a fluffy, flowery pep talk the way so many (bad) self-help books are these days. This book shows you how to improve your life. The strategy is simple to implement when you understand it and changes everything. I am sure ,i will get benefit from those ideas.

Great guidance

I am glad to have come across this book. It provides an interesting perspective on our internal monologue and it gives guidance on how to pick apart the negative thoughts we keep having and see if there's any truth to them at all.

Step by step ideas

I have listened to many encouraging books. But this book actually tells you how, step by step. The author gives you examples of how people we look up to have made themselves successful. The examples make so much sense. I would give anything to have had this book when I was starting my career. I would have been much more successful!!
